Henry Norman, a criminal justice student at Hudson Valley Community College, will receive the Truman Scholarship for pursuit of a career in government or public service.
He is among 66 students nationwide and one of only four community college students to be selected by the Harry S. Truman Scholarship for pursuit of a career in government or public service.
Established by Congress in 1975, the scholarship will provide $6,000 a year for two years …
