The city of Las Cruces issued the following news release:
If your children and teens use a computer at home, at school, or at a friend's home, you may wish to attend an internet awareness program: "Putting the Pieces Together - Internet Awareness," to be held on Friday, April 7 at 10 a.m. at the A. Fielder Memorial Safe Haven, 906 North Tornillo Street.
"Putting the Pieces Together" is offered jointly by the City of Las Cruces Weed & Seed initiative and La Pi�on Sexual Trauma Recover.
E-mail, spam, instant messenger, chat rooms, game rooms, blogs, message boards all are potential avenues for on-line predators. Learn how to protect your children.
